…and now TODAY!

A few years ago I began following a VERY erudite and compelling blog called, “Mental Meatloaf”, through this blog I got aquainted with “Bear Tracks”, another what seemed like “stuffy blog”, but it caught my attention never the less. Recently “Bear” began a new blog called “A year to live” which has completely captivated me. It is in my “Blogroll” to the right, check it out.
I guess I am getting older, when I realize the “average life expectancy” of the American male is only until 71 years old,…shit I gotta get writing to do! How much did you learn in 9 freakin’ years, which gets me to 71. Why did I not realize this earlier, I have so much to tell you, so many things that aren’t worth a shit in the scheme of life itself, that are the primary focus in your life now, so many things that are not worth losing a wink of sleep,… that keep you up at night now!
I’m fianlly getting the “wisdom” thing, but is anyone listening to me?”
I’m following his new blog, the “One year to live” and it is impacting me, and maybe if more of us thought, instead of just reacted, or just did the other thing, and otherwise “followed the herd” this world COULD be a better place.
End of Soapbox oratory for this evening. “ClicK” on “A year to live” and search your own soul,…it’s enlightening!

Sorry for taking your precious time on this. I am developing a whole new outlook on that single word , “TIME”.

  1. I know what you are saying. I have years of wisdom and experiences that I could share with the world. The problem is, the world doesn’t give a shit about what I have to say, so I tell jokes.
