The Emerald Rose

Don’t get me wrong, I love my business and my job (same thing since I own the company),….but that said while everyone is on vacation, looking for ‘fun in the sun’, and I’m the dude that has to make that “fun Experiance” happen,….well it’s time for me to get to work, ( until Mid September)
Not that I haven’t been, but I’m just the ‘stage manager’., my job is to make everything work, make everyone happy, and, if GOD cooperates with me, and provides all sunny days, no hurricanes, low humidity, gentle tropical breezes, AND I can whip the local food establishments to death until every dish on their menu is ‘spectacular’ and Michelin 5 star quality’,… then I get six hours of peace and quiet until tomorrow!
But I love the challenge of making it all come together. So not really a “moan” but a two pint of Guinness REAL Draft, and “we can make it happen attitude”.
Head is down, shoulder to the grindstone , and it will happen, …(God and I have a direct line during the season,….Thanks Big Guy.
